Closed type warehouses
Closed type warehouses located at all terminals of Turkmenbashi International Seaport are capable for storing various types of cargoes such as heavy, oversized cargoes, pallets, big-bags, wrapped and bundled metals, packaged and unpackaged metals, metal structures, equipment, construction materials, wooden products, bulk cargoes and cargoes requiring special storage conditions on a daily basis at any time of the year.
The total area of closed warehouses of Turkmenbashi International Seaport is 58 059,14 m2.
At the territory of the Container terminal
- Area of closed warehouse – 10 027,52 m2
- Area of cargo distribution warehouse (CFS) – 3 172,40 m2
At the territory of the Bulk cargo terminal
- Area of closed warehouse – 7 150 m2
- 14 grain silos – 35 000 m³
- 8 cement silos – 6 000 m³
At the territory of the General cargo terminal
- Area of warehouse for storage of materials (under a shed) – 5 749,60 m2
- Area of warehouse for storage and stacking – 9 320,55 m2
- Storage area for flammable cargo – 5 639,07 m2
At the territory of the Polypropylene terminal
- Area of polypropylene warehouse – 12 000 m2
- Area of transit cargo warehouse – 5 000 m2
